The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored for ecommerce / logistics operations, facilitating strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand specific data requirements, such as payment status of invoices and seller performance metrics.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from ecommerce platforms and databases
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business outcomes.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to ecommerce performance, including payment processing metrics and operational efficiencies.
  • Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and compelling manner
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
  • Experience with Python, R (or other tools for statistical analysis) and data visualization tools (eg. Tableau, Power BI) are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehouse concepts is also preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
