Overview Role Responsibility:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Data Analyst to analyze current data structures and workflows, maintain and troubleshoot on-premise data infrastructure, and design and implement optimized data models, schemas, and pipelines to support advanced reporting and analytics.

- You will analyze current data structures and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- You will maintain and troubleshoot data structure available in the data warehouse
- You will design and implement optimized data models, schemas, and pipelines to support advanced reporting and analytics
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data requirements
- You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our data infrastructure and capabilities

- 3+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and development using data technologies such as Relational & NoSQL databases, transforming data
- Expert in SQL and/or SQL based languages and performance tuning of SQL queries
- Strong understanding of Normalized/Dimensional model disciplines and similar data warehousing techniques
- Strong experience working with ETL/ELT concepts of data integration, consolidation, enrichment, and aggregation
- Strong understanding of Data Build Tool (DBT)
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with one or more cloud-based data warehouses – e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, RedShift, etc
- Grasp of data management principles: Data Lake, Data Mesh, Data Catalog, Data Quality, etc
- Strong communication skills across different mediums to craft compelling messages to drive action and alignment
- Comfort with agile delivery methodologies in a fast-paced complex environment – Scrum, SAFe, utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- Plus points: - Have solid understanding how orchestration tools like airflow / jenkins work - Experience in using Docker
