The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling data-driven business decisions by turning complex data into meaningful and easy-to-understand insights. This position offers the opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team alongside a growing network of dealers and agents.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets and develop business intelligence reports and dashboards to support company-wide decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting needs and proactively identify opportunities for data analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into reports and dashboards.
- Maintain and improve existing reports and dashboards, and implement new ones.
- Design and implement data models that support business requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop SQL queries and perform data analysis to answer ad-hoc business questions.
- Identify data quality issues and work with the appropriate stakeholders to address them.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record.
- Have at least 1 year of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data visualization.
- Fluent in SQL and familiarity with dashboarding tools like Data Studio, Metabase or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and insights and interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
