Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Data Science team. The role will involved in preparing data analytics and dashboards so that the different functions in Quadrant could uncover key business insights - empowering the teams to make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Data Science team in documenting and maintaining the current reporting dashboards that the cross-functional team is working on
• Gather business requirements for the creation of new dashboards
• Performing ongoing business analytics on dashboards (and underlying data) and documenting market trends and movement
• Present business findings and early warning signs to various key stakeholders in Quadrant
• Assist with database integration from either AWS or Hubspot to our current dashboards
• Build and generate data reports, automated dashboards

• 2 to 3 years working experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst or in similar capacity
• Natural Data Analytics Storyteller and he/she should be able to articulate the information very well

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Analytical mindset and curiosity to find the story hiding in the numbers

• Familiar with Business analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau - hands on experience required for this role

• Basic SQL and Python programming would be great

• Experienced in documentation of business requirements and results
• Team player persona, with a curious and analytical mindset to things

• Familiar with writing data pipelines and AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a plus

• Ability to integrate data into dashboards from multiple sources (AWS, Hubspot etc) into Power BI

• Ability to handle various datasets in different formats for the dashboards and analysis.

• Experience in a client facing role or consulting company is preferred
