- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders as a discussion partner to plan, strategize, and grow the business by enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Collect, clean, and analyze extensive datasets.
- Develop and deploy dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL querying is essential.
- Familiarity working with BI tools (e.g Google Sheets, Metabase, Looker) highly desirable.
- Capability to converse in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication with internal stakeholders.
