Business Improvement & Strategy Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Business Improvement & Strategy Manager to join our team. You will be the key player in the operations team, which is one of the critical teams in the day-to-day trading at Stockbit. You will need to ensure smooth daily operational tasks within the team, propose & implement strategic improvements, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. If you are a self starter who are proactive and have high ownership, we would like to meet you for further discussion about this role.

Responsibilities

• Advise target setting and metrics for the operations team (Customer Experience, KYC and Financial Data)
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives for operational excellence and efficiency
• Monitor the teams’ progress and provide advice for the development
• Work together and influence cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, and many more) to achieve common goals
• Create proper SOPs and workflow documentation
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and propose solutions during crisis situations

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant major
• At least 5 years of proven work experience in Business Operation Improvement Projects & Product Management, and/or Operation Strategy fields. Coming from the Fintech industry will be a plus point
• Self-starter, high ownership, and proactive
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking
• Good understanding of product management flow, operation, and settlement process
• Successfully managed business improvement projects in previous experience
