About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Finance Manager who will plan and direct the accounting activities of the department. This role will also act as Business Finance Manager, who will be responsible for tracking financial performance against the plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.

What You Will Do

Monitors revenue and expenses, expenditure variance analysis, coordinates financial data; and prepares periodic reports.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, & annual financial statement
Work with the operation and compliance team to ensure compliance with local rules and regulations
Document & compile necessary reporting whilst liaising with external auditors

What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic or Business Administration is mandatory
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position as Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner within FinTech industry preferably
Familiar with laws and regulations related to Cryptocurrency in Indonesia is an advantage
Experienced and knowledgeable of accounting software especially SAP Finance
