Responsibilities :
- Acting as an intermediary between Sales and Insurance Placement in order to increase hit ratio from CL business Life & Health Business. Reduce potential dispute including follow up doc to both Sales and IP related with technical issues.
- Liaise with T&D,IP and Technical Advisor for product training and provide marketing/sales tools for all CL business in order to increase capability of our BM’s and Mitra to sell more products and secure more deals.
- If needed by team IP, acting as representative from Qoala+ sales team to talk with Insurer for T&C negotiation (as requested by IP) as well as marketing campaign (In collaboration with marketing and activation team).
- Related to launching a new product, BE&BF acting as representatives from the sales team will do a collaboration with IP,PM,T&D and Marketing Activation team in order to fulfill all stuff and requirements.
- Preferably 3-5 years in Industry Insurance
- Bachelor's degree from reputable University.
- Good networking and connection in the insurance industry, mainly with insurance companies (health Insurance).
- Demonstrate professional dispositions with good networking and communication skills.
- Good networking skills in formal and non-formal approaches with various levels of correspondence.
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills in inquiring and acquiring relevant, comprehensive informations.
- Excellent in communicating ideas clearly and effectively to gain understanding and commitment from others.
- Fast learning about new organization and many product
- Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a plus
- Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team
- Able to work under limited deadline
