We’re looking for a Business Development Trainee to join our Commercial team who will prospect and qualify potential customers to grow Glints Indonesia client pool. As Business Development Trainee, you will play a very important role as you will be the first point of contact between prospective customers and our Commercial team. The ideal candidate for this role has a keen eye for new business and can rapidly qualify, convert, and assign those opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Commercial team in generating and prospecting new customers new business based on key prospective target to do partnership with Glints Indonesia
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target companies to initiate outreach
- Qualifying and managing inbound calls for the company as well as pass high quality leads to the Sales team
- Experiments few new methods led by the Business Manager to attract potential customers and partners
- Continuously optimize company mapping strategies to ensure a comprehensive and relevant database
