What you’ll do
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Issue transaction details to clients
- Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
- Review documents and work closely with related departments
- Assist with the refund claim process
- Support sales department with other administrative tasks and project-based activities
What we seek
- Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users
- Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong at negotiation to get the best deal out of every partnership
- Skills in administrative records keeping
- Familiar with and able to use Excel or Google Sheet
- Experience in a sales support position in a similar industry will be a plus
What you’ll need
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales support (start-up /logistic/ e-commerce industry is a plus)
- Good understanding of sales process
