Business Development (Medior Level)

As part of the new A Score team, you will be responsible to lead and pave the way for A Score as SAAS towards external partners. You will work alongside with the Product, Data, Operational and Tech team to help Amartha deliver innovative SAAS.

• Finding and managing partners to use A Score as part of the scoring system
• Becoming part of the establishment of new initiatives, managing end-to-end project flow, and making sure that each project is delivered in a timely manner
• Create strategic initiative to grow A Score
• Build and lead a team to grow A Score
• Work closely with Business Development, Field Officers, Product, and Tech teams to deliver quick responses and good customer experience
• Act as Amartha evangelist to build awareness and understanding

The qualifications that you must have:

• 2 years experience as account / BD (financial industry background or tech startup background is preferable)
• A Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Have a structured way of work and attention to detail
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suits. SQL will be a big plus point
• A quick learner and able to communicate with different types of stakeholders
• Having been working in a fast-paced working environment is preferred
