Responsibilities

Research, identify and prioritize new feasible partnerships, analyzing their needs, and matching with the company’s solutions
Responsible for planning partnership projects including market-sizing, budgeting, resource planning, OKRs, clear timeline, and goals.
Drive and manage the partnership from end to end - from cold contact through to on-going partnerships management, also making sure the partnership goals are delivered on time and on budget.
Work closely with our product team to determine requirements for the project & understand the product roadmap.
Build long-term relationships with key decisions maker & stakeholders in new and existing partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from a notable university in Indonesia; MSc/MA/MBA will be a plus
5 to 8 years of progressive experience working in business development, partnership, and project management.
Market knowledge in Tech, E-commerce, Fintech, and Financial Services.
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and change management approaches and tools.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, strong analytical skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Team player who can work in a dynamic environment, with a collaborative mindset and can-do attitude.
