About The Role

The Business Development Manager plays a major role in initiating, acquiring, and expanding business networks for prospective individual borrowers and companies with productive financing needs from multi-finance products. They ensure that business growth and revenue for the company runs well, healthy, and sustainable through the multi-finance business target market.

What you'll do

Ensure that the process of initiating and acquiring new prospective borrowers from its business network is in accordance with the multi-finance business plan set every month.
Ensure the due diligence process for prospective new borrowers is running well and using credit proposal media.
Expand the business network of existing borrowers who have good relations with the company.
Ensure business growth and revenue for the company runs well, healthy and sustainable every month through the multi-finance business target market.

What we're looking for

Has broad business & financial network.
Have good and balanced business, financial and risk skills.
Able to work as a team or independently.

Nice to haves

Have a background in the financial industry such as banking and multi-finance.
Has a business network with Public Accounting Firms and IPO Consultants.
Also open for retirees with the background above.
