About Fazz

Fazz is an ecosystem of financial services that comprise Fazz (Business account for Southeast Asia), StraitsX (Payments infrastructure for digital assets), and Modal Rakyat (Mutual cooperation funding for MSMEs) founded in 2016, as a result of a merger between PayFazz and Xfers, two Y Combinator alumni based in Southeast Asia.

About the Team

The business development team intends to connect and empower our Fazzters, so as a company, we’re able to deliver financial inclusion to every MSMEs and underbanked throughout Southeast Asia. We have a major role to initiate, acquire, and expand the business networks to provide added value to the cooperative and to the members. Not only within the Business Development team, Fazzters in every role within Fazz is able to create a lasting impact to the financial technology industry. They ensure that business growth and revenue for the company run well, healthy, and sustainable through the cooperative business target market.

What You'll Do

Ensure that the process of initiating and acquiring new prospective members from its business network is in accordance with the Cooperative business plan set every month.
Ensure the due diligence process for prospective new members is running well and using credit proposal media.
Expand the business network of existing members who have good relations with the cooperative.
Ensure business growth and revenue for the cooperative runs well, healthy, and sustainable every month through the cooperative business target market.

What We're Looking For

Have a broad business network.
Have good and balanced business, financial and risk skills.
Able to work as a team or independently.
Have working experiences in banking, financial services, financial-technology, or cooperative company.
Have working experiences in handling SME sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

Have a background in the financial industry such as banking and multi-finance.
Have a business network with public accounting firms.
Also open for retirees with the background above.
