We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Bali. This role will serve as the face of Lamudi in Bali for international clients, including real estate agencies and property developers. We welcome applications from candidates around the globe.

As a Business Development Manager you will create good relationships with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results. You will create a strong commitment to drive our telesales performance and maintain a “can do” attitude, seek solutions to problems and work toward improvement continuously.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for international clients in Bali, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
  • You will collaborate with the country senior management team to enhance and roll out new business models and operations in Bali.
  • You will build and manage a high-performance sales team, driving them to achieve and exceed targets.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence and drive business growth in Bali.
  • You will build connections with property offices on a daily basis

  • A commercial mind: Someone who loves providing customer service whilst always on the lookout for the opportunity to up sell our product/service
  • Excellent Sales & Negotiation skills: Knows the sales game by heart and loves to play it everyday, understands what makes a customer tick and can get always get a deal that makes all parties happy
  • A client success mindset: Demonstrates outstanding account management skills and an understanding of the needs of international clients.
  • A strategic thinker: Capable of developing and implementing effective business strategies.
  • Graduated from a top global university, with a degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • A good command of the English language
  • Have experience in direct selling, relationship management, or meeting customers in any other way
  • Have entrepreneurship experience and a proven track record in meeting own targets & deadlines
  • Have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure and with monthly target
  • This position is open to foreign applicants, preferably someone with prior experience living and/or working in South-East Asia, although it is not strictly required.
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
The position reports to the VP Direct Sales. During the interview process, you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
