About the Team

Fazz is building an all-in-one finance solution for millions of businesses across Southeast Asia, from warungs in Indonesia to multinational corporations in Indonesia. We provide businesses with easy payment acceptance, seamless fund transfers, high-yield multi-currency cash accounts, expense management features and credit solutions all in one platform.

About the Role

As the Business Development Director for Fazz Biz Indonesia, you are responsible for driving the commercial growth of the Fazz Biz product in Indonesia. You will be in charge of building and developing the commercial teams, including Business Development, Sales, and Account Management. And your core responsibility will be to ensure Fazz is building relationships and onboarding startups and SMEs to the Fazz Biz Financial OS in Indonesia.

You will be reporting directly to Head of Fazz Biz, and play a central role in shaping the future and commercial success of Fazz Biz in Indonesia.

Your Ownership

Build, manage and train a business development, sales, and account management team that can meet top line metrics
Serve as an individual contributor and increase sales in the market, maintaining enduring relationships with key customer accounts and channel partners
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Indonesia market
To setup and own the Sales Enablement needed for the Business Development team to excel
Work closely with the marketing team to support sales efforts for new and existing customers
Track, measure, and report progress and performance to the Head of Fazz Biz

We would love to get to know you if you have the following

7-10 years of experience spanning sales or business development
Experience in holding a similar position in the Tech industry or any fast growing company
Successful track record of hitting ambitious targets
Experience in managing growing teams, recruiting, training, and nurturing talent
Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can coach / mentor their teams while establishing a healthy working culture
High-energy and results-oriented leader, with exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities

Nice to Have

Sales and Business Development experience in FinTech, Startups and SME space.
