Job Description
- Perform competitors & market analysis and provide data-driven recommendation
- Conduct customer research through surveys and interviews
- Execute projects and initiatives to gather customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaboration with External and Internal teams to grow business product
Job Requirements
- Majoring from Reputable University
- Have a good knowledge about Business Management and Business Operations
- Experience in business operations and/or business research field at least 1 - 2 years
- Experience with database and data processing
- Target oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills
