Business Analyst Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Consignment and UCRF databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create visually appealing and informative Dashboard Reports for Consignment, highlighting key performance metrics.
• Preparing routine and ad-hoc reports, providing valuable insights based on sales performance data into sales and dealer performance metrics and offering input for system development and improvement.
• Establish and communicate monthly and yearly targets to ensure the team's success.
• Coordinate data modeling efforts to support decision-making and business strategies.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify opportunities for product development and optimization.
• Define and develop product performance metrics and prepare performance reports for management.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as Business Analyst, Business intelligence or similar position, especially in the automotive or financing industry.
• Excellent analytical skills, with proven experience in analyzing customer and market data to inform product development decisions.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Basic Excel Functions, Pivot, VBA Macro, etc.)
• Knowledge in creating dashboard reports using MS Excel (a big plus!)
• Familiarity with Google Sheet & Google Data Studio
• Skilled in crafting engaging presentations using MS PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL)
• Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Results-oriented attitude with a focus on driving business growth and delivering on deadlines.
