- Assist in strategic sales planning process by translating corporate management directions into on-the-ground actionable items.
- Drive execution of high priority initiatives by identifying and solving key business issues and facilitating cross-functional team collaboration across the organization.
- Support sales initiatives to enhance market understanding & knowledge and validate Moladin’s value proposition with on-the-ground research.
- Perform analysis of data to improve data visibility, identify insights and drive decision making.
- Preferred 2-4 years of experience in sales, strategy, management consulting, or data analytics. Candidates with experience in fast-growing startups or equivalent roles are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Diligent self-starter dedicated to delivering exceptional results with efficiency and speed.
- A humble team player who is pragmatic and willing to be hands-on.
