Job Description:
- Lead ShopeeFood market expansion
- Responsible for end to end preparation and execution of new city launches
- Prepare launch plan and project manage the execution
- Identify and set target for the launch working together with other functions and closely monitor progress and achievement
- Coordinate promo strategy and communication plans
- Prepare dashboard and reporting to monitor performance tracking post launch
- Lead new product roll out and scale up adoption
- Responsible for end to end product launch and scale up adoption
- Propose operational flow for cross functional processes
- Critically monitor performance post launch and propose strategy to drive key metrics improvement
- Prepare dashboard and reporting to monitor performance tracking post launch
- Lead development of multiple strategic projects
- Lead preparation of cross functional weekly / biweekly cadences
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant workstream (Strategy, Strategic Operations, Business Improvement, Project Management)
- Strong problem solving skill, structured thinking, and communication
- Comfortable with numbers and experienced creating data driven decision
- Strong stakeholder management and enjoy managing multiple projects
- Agile, comfortable working in fast paced environment
