Your tasks as a Budgeting and Planning in ShopeePay will include but are not limited to:
- Do forecasting, planning & analysis on firm鈥檚 key performance & financial metrics (txn, cost, user), for ShopeePay
- Perform monthly analysis and discuss the forecast with the related stakeholders
- Act as a financial or commercial business partner to business functions and senior management
- Work with multiple different teams to ensure business growth while optimizing financial performance
- Develop and run end-to-end experimentation to identify the most effective pricing and incentives strategy
- Proactively initiate ideas through collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Product teams to reach overall team goals
- Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop an analysis that leads to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and marketing strategy
- Lead development of multiple strategic projects
- Lead preparation of cross-functional weekly or biweekly cadences
- Doing regular competitor benchmark analysis to support business growth
Qualification:
- 2+ years experience on growth/financial planning and analysis roles
- Strong in problem solving, analytical skills, and also strong business acumen
- Experienced in financial modeling
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
- Good communication skills
