Budgeting and Planning (ShopeePay)

Your tasks as a Budgeting and Planning in ShopeePay will include but are not limited to:

• Do forecasting, planning & analysis on firm’s key performance & financial metrics (txn, cost, user), for ShopeePay
• Perform monthly analysis and discuss the forecast with the related stakeholders
• Act as a financial or commercial business partner to business functions and senior management
• Work with multiple different teams to ensure business growth while optimizing financial performance
• Develop and run end-to-end experimentation to identify the most effective pricing and incentives strategy
• Proactively initiate ideas through collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Product teams to reach overall team goals
• Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop an analysis that leads to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and marketing strategy
• Lead development of multiple strategic projects
• Lead preparation of cross-functional weekly or biweekly cadences
• Doing regular competitor benchmark analysis to support business growth

Qualification:

• 2+ years experience on growth/financial planning and analysis roles
• Strong in problem solving, analytical skills, and also strong business acumen
• Experienced in financial modeling
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
• Good communication skills
