Budgeting and Planning - Partnership (ShopeeFood)

The Budgeting and Planning department functions as a core team, developing, and implementing strategies that satisfy the objectives of individual departments as well as promoting overall corporate goals. Budgeting and Planning Role emphasises more on problem solving and less on financial knowledge. In a way, we are internal consultants for the highest level of management, reaching as high as to the CEO.

Job Description:

• Identify, source, and create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Utilize agreed tools to monitor quality of implementation by partners and provide recommendations to address gaps on implementation review
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with business partners and initiate new ideas to grow and innovate 
• Manage events and other partnership initiatives to grow participation, and accordingly the partnership
• Work commercially and utilize financial acumen to develop long-term sustainable partnerships
• Construct and maintain cross-departmental collaborations (ex. legal, operations, finance, etc.) on integrated partnership/project plans including project timelines
• Actively follow-up and maintain partnerships with existing partners, including renegotiation, discussing programs/promo/campaigns, monitoring issues or other operational issues during execution, in terms of SLA 

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• Prior working experience in E-Commerce / Logistic / Consultant or startup industries are strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of similar experiences in partnership, senior positions available to more experienced candidates
• Good communications skills, project management, and stakeholder management
• Strong in multiple tasks and able to manage projects end to end
• Fluent in English, ability to speak and write in another language is an advantage
