About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Brand Partnership Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our products (digital ads inventory, branding features, and creative solutions) and various brands or agencies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, crafting creative partnership proposals, and ensuring revenue targets are met through strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Prospecting: Identify and outreach to potential brand partners and advertising agencies that align with our platform’s audience.
- Sales Execution: Drive revenue by selling digital ad placements, integrated branding packages, and creative content collaborations.
- Proposal Crafting: Develop compelling pitch decks and partnership proposals tailored to meet the specific marketing objectives of each client.
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and facilitate upselling opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client campaigns.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and digital advertising shifts to provide feedback on our product offerings.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare post-campaign reports for clients and internal sales achievement reports for management.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within a Creative Agency, Digital Media, or Startup environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in both English and Indonesian.
- Networking: Having an existing network or database of brand contacts and agencies is a significant advantage.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to think "outside the box" to provide branding solutions rather than just selling ad slots.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in Google Slides/PowerPoint and a solid understanding of digital advertising metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, Engagement Rates).
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
