About Fazz聽Fazz is an ecosystem of financial services that comprise Fazz (Business account for Southeast Asia), StraitsX (Payments infrastructure for digital assets), and Modal Rakyat (Mutual cooperation funding for MSMEs) founded in 2016, as a result of a merger between PayFazz and Xfers, two Y Combinator alumni based in Southeast Asia.

Will be a creative, self-motivated individual with a keen visual sense and passion for good design. The designer will work with multi-disciplinary teams, which will involve observing, listening, researching and brainstorming. The designer will experience the innovation process of projects in many different mediums.Ideas will be communicated clearly and effectively, verbally and visually, internally as well as externally with attention to detail.Brand Designers at Fazz solve real business problems through visual communication. They face complex challenges, but they鈥檙e supported by a passionate team.

What Will You Do:
- Design and develop eye-catching creative assets for online and offline media
- Work closely with and follow the guidance provided by the Creative Manager and other designers to continue developing the brand鈥檚 visual identity
- Refine and improve designs based on feedback from project leads and other stakeholders
- Maintain asset libraries with current company logos, product images, and other brand materials
- Ensure the consistency of company brand guidelines across visual assets
- Collaborate with other teams, including product and marketing, to facilitate other projects and initiatives
- Keep your finger on the pulse of design by staying abreast of emerging design trends and new innovations
- Able to produce content from video and motion is a plus
- Understand the target user鈥檚 sentiments and strategize the visual direction of the design and communication
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the graphic design industry
- Strong understanding of design and multimedia fundamentals such as colors, typography, composition, and principles
- Strong understanding of brand systems, and creating guidelines
- Strong aesthetic sense of visual design and art directing skills: broad taste and a good sense of composition
- Attention to detail in all medium
- Eagerness to explore various design techniques
- The ability to communicate complex topics through easy-to-understand designs
- Have experience with various types of output, ranging from video and motion to strong campaign key visuals.
- Strong expertise with design tools such as Adobe, Figma, Davinci.
