About The Role

We are a startup in mission to unlock human potential, empowering people to prosper doing what they love. We are now looking for an exceptional Brand Communications Specialist who will play a key significant role in managing our brand marketing plan and execution.
 
In this role you will:
  • Define, create, and manage brand marketing plans across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.
  • Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising agency.
  • Ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date, and exciting to customers while maintaining brand consistency on every channel.
  • Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company promises and brand positioning.
  • Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies.
  • Analyze and identify Identify consumer insight to develop overarching brand strategies that will lead to robust consumer funnel from awareness, consideration, conversion up to advocacy.
  • Create analysis and report of brand marketing campaign.
  • Regularly create market and competition assessment, consumer insight analysis, etc.

Desired Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or related major.
  • Proven min. 2-3 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
  • A team player with strong leadership skill to lead both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind to develop innovative and original ideas into plans based on clear consumer insight driven by robust consumer research.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Experience with and in depth understanding of brand management.
  • Experience in time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience in handling education program or platform is preferred.
  • Agile and independent, able to quickly adapt in fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong ownership and can-do attitude to overcome major challenges and barriers.
