Branch Operation

Supervise general operation day to day activity air and sea (export & import) Surabaya office by check and monitoring the folio registration, dispatch invoice to customer, speed of invoicing & closing and in providing customer solutions and translate customer needs into a successful execution process.

• Bachelor/Master Degree in marketing/ any major or relevant qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international freight forwarding/logistics company environment with proven work experience as a operation coordinator or leader in logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Solid understanding of product knowledge (Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Incoterms, etc.)
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed at Bollore Logistics Indonesia Surabaya Branch
