Who are we?
Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading
digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in

How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

Responsibilities
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Promoting and marketing the branch and its product specially Funding Product (Deposito)
- Responsible for conducting fund-raising customers (funding)
- Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues as well as provide excellent services to customers
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years experience in the banking industry especially in funding products
- Experienced in Funding product
- Has experience to manage a branch and develop a team
- Passionate to develop a team
- Experience in people management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
We exist to foresee business opportunities and strategize a business plan to create valuable marketing actions. We are also called commercial or corporate banking and provide financial and advisory services to small and medium businesses.
