About the Role

Roll up your sleeves and climb on board if you're ready to be our next Branch Manager based in Cirebon. The Branch Manager is fully accountable to build, grow business in the Branch of Gojek. The responsibility will range from operations, sales and also marketing. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams; and develop strong relationships with the government, merchants, associations, and various communities as well. On top of that, you will work collaboratively with all troops in the District and the Regions team to oversee overall operations and ensure strategic implementation (including product changes); and make sure that everything that transpires are align with Gojek's goals & values.

What You Will Do

  • Fully accountable to continuously improve business operations and explore growth opportunities of the city to ensure efficient operation and business growth
  • Accountable for top line (i.e. transaction, revenue) & bottom line metrics ( i.e. cost, profit) in Branch
  • Design and implement localized marketing campaign & activities for the city (Branch)
  • Working closely with leadership in Regional level to develop & execute market strategies
  • Take full ownership of the city’s budget & target

What You Will Need

  • Min. 5 years experience with extensive exposure to city/branch operations to BTL marketing & stakeholder management
  • Preferably a native of or has spent > 2 years in representative area, strong network & knowledge about respective city
  • Able to bridge, develop & maintain good relationship with key partner (local/regional government stakeholder in regency/city), merchants, communities (ie : driver communities)
  • Fluent & excellent  in number, data analyze, spoken in Bahasa & English
  • Able to recruit top-talent teams, nurture & mentor them
About the Team

One of our primary goals is to strengthen our market share in the SEA market, combining strategy with local insights to propel our business onwards and upwards. We are in charge of maintaining a holistic view of Gojek within the District team, constantly striving better to understand the Region's issues from the ground up and provide tech-based solutions and actionable steps forward. We also collaborate with internal (Product Management and other cross-functional teams) and external (driver-partners, merchant-partners, and customers) stakeholders to keep a holistic view of Gojek. We strive to understand the Region's issues and work to solve them with on-point actions and deliverables. Lastly, we ensure our platform is at the top of consumers' minds while improving our partner's lives( drivers and merchants) and their experiences using our services.

In the past, our team has worked on projects predominantly surrounding our driver-partners - their experiences using our services, their life cycle, their engagement with the company, and growing our driver-partner family, among other things. One of our favorite projects was collaborating with the Gojek foundation to hand out scholarships to some of our driver-partners. More than establishing Gojek as the most trusted partner in the Region (and beyond), we want to make sure our driver-partners genuinely enjoy being part of our family and work to ensure that they know how appreciated they are.
