Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses.


Job Description :

  • Ensure work related to administration runs according to the SOP and escalate if any deviation
  • Ensure that routine branch administration reports are accurate according to company regulations and are carried out in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the administrative process in the Warehouse in the request for supply of goods routine needs (Chemical, Consumable, ATK, etc.) are going well
  • Ensuring the Finance administration process (Petty Cash, Advance Cash, Reimbursement, Incentive dll) and HR/GA running well
  • Develop a strong branch administration team to support operationsefficient and effective branches andother administrative improvement/improvement programs.
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Administration/Accounting /Management /Finance/Industrial Engineering/Computer/ Information Management
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in operational administration
  • Preferably Experienced in leading a team / project
  • Can operate the computer smoothly.
  • Familiar with Google Drive, Google Sheet etc.
  • Have leadership traits and be able to lead the team by example and provide motivation when needed.
  • Have basic knowledge of internal control system (Internal Control System) in order tobe able to understand SOPs well including their impact in case of deviations.
