Job Description

  • Lead and manage daily boutique operations to ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with brand standards
  • Drive sales performance and achieve boutique targets through strong commercial execution and team leadership
  • Coach, develop, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business
  • Oversee boutique administration, reporting, and compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for in-store activations and events
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and luxury service standards
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Willing to work in retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
