BI Developer

Work related to data story telling and empowerment:

- You can structure your and drive your own data projects with medium-complexity that contributes towards your analytics scope, driving the product/business direction with data
- You influence the product direction by convincing through clear hypothesis framework and analysis
- You proactively agree on timeframes with business leads or PMs. You meet deadlines and communicate delays and blockers.
- You can help improve the team’s data analysis and interpretation skills

Work related to your technical craft:

- You can build well-structured, traceable and updatable analysis.
- You design user friendly dashboards that bring insight without being overwhelming
- You use advanced SQL e.g. Window functions and UDFs.
- If the team needs it, you can perform basic tasks in Python, R or on similar programs.
- You apply basic statistics concepts – percentiles, types of averages, significance, regressions, and bring meaning to data

- Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Experience in working with some of the following tools; Airflow, Airbyte, Kafka, BigQuery, Google Data Studio, Metabase, Python, R is a plus
