Beverage Supervisor | AYANA Komodo

AYANA Komodo Resort is looking for a hands-on and service-driven Beverage Supervisor to support daily bar operations, lead the team, and ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality service, product knowledge, and efficient stock control.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring service quality, bar readiness, and team coverage.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, inter-transfer, and spoilage, ensuring proper reporting and cost control alignment.
• Lead training and development for bar staff, implementing weekly calendars and supplier-led programs.
• Maintain accurate billing, check preparation, and oversee beverage-related reports like Unifocus and ESS scores.
• Coordinate with F&B, Events, and other departments to ensure smooth service for group events and guest needs.

• Has experience in a Similar position at a 5 star resort
• Good knowledge of beverage products, cost control, and standard service procedures.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to train, motivate, and coordinate a diverse team.

• Has related license, certificates and (or) diploma to support candidate's Qualification
