We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Bellman to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring careful handling and timely delivery to their rooms
• Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, shuttles, and valet services
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Communicate effectively with the front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Ensure the lobby, entrance, and bell desk areas are clean and presentable
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms

• Min. 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry or large luxury resort
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• A positive attitude and a team player
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good grooming and personal hygiene standards
