As a Bell Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests by transporting their luggage and assisting them with their needs as they arrive and depart from the hotel. Your commitment to professionalism and attention to detail will enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently transport guest luggage to and from their rooms while ensuring careful handling.
• Provide information to guests regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with their transportation needs, including arranging taxis and other services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and related areas.
• Collaborate closely with the front office team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist guests with any special requests or inquiries in a courteous manner.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
