Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with their arrivals and departures, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome
- Manage luggage handling and coordinate transportation logistics for guests
- Oversee the maintenance of the Bell Desk and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies
- Train and lead the Bell team in delivering exceptional service
- Provide insightful information about the hotel amenities and local attractions
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Bell Captain or similar role in a luxury hotel is essential
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, with hospitality training preferred
