We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Bell Captain to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests
- Ensuring total guest satisfaction and comfort of guests
- Supervising staff to ensure they stick to hotel policies and procedures
- Supervises the transport of luggage and inspecting rooms as guests check in
- Provides guests with information about our hotels
- Manages & supervised team by setting work schedules and assigning duties
- Provide training for new member in the team
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
- Has strong leadership skills, trains and develops team, and is a role model.
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
- Diploma from Hospitality or a related major is required, Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.
