Bell Captain - AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Bell Captain to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• Ensuring total guest satisfaction and comfort of guests
• Supervising staff to ensure they stick to hotel policies and procedures
• Supervises the transport of luggage and inspecting rooms as guests check in
• Provides guests with information about our hotels
• Manages & supervised team by setting work schedules and assigning duties
• Provide training for new member in the team

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Has strong leadership skills, trains and develops team, and is a role model.
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
• Diploma from Hospitality or a related major is required, Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.
