Bell Associate | AYANA Midplaza Jakarta

AYANA Hospitality is looking for a Bell Associate to join our team at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta, one of the finest luxury hotels in the city. As a Bell Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests with their luggage, parking, and directions, as well as maintaining the hotel's lobby area. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with their luggage upon arrival and departure
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with room features and hotel amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Assist with the transportation of luggage, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Familiarity with Jakarta's local attractions and transportation options
• Fluency in English and Indonesian required
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
