Job Descriptions:
- Mencapai target sell out yang sudah di tetapkan oleh pusat setiap bulan
- Membuat plan, melaksanakan dan melaporkan event beauty promotor
- Membantu melakukan flash out untuk produk slow moving dan near ED
- Melakukan coaching dan training product knowledge untuk outlet dan tim distributor
- Melakukan cek dan menginformasikan kegiatan promosi dan activity product competitor
- Membuat reporting atas event dan sales
Requirements:
- Pria/Wanita umur max. 32 tahun
- Pendidikan min. SMA sederajat
- Memiliki pengalaman menjadi BP minimal 1 tahun
- Mengetahui cara membuat dan event activity promosi
- Tinggi dan berat badan ideal
- Percaya diri dan komunikatif
- Mempunyai pengetahuan tentang Makeup & Skincare (diutamakan)
- Bersedia bekerja dengan shift mall (libur 1 hari weekdays)
- Bersedia ditempatkan di area sesuai kebutuhan
