Description of Duties:
- Greeting customers as and when they enter the store.
- Understanding the customers' requirements and specifications.
- Providing the customers with solutions instantly.
- Solving all the customer's complaints and issues about the product.
- Making sure the customer is satisfied with the products offered to them.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with new customers.
- Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the space is clean and tidy all the time.
- Processing customer's payments in the form of cash or card.
- Updating customer's information in the computer system for future reference.
- Performing daily inspection of store and inventory room.
- Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the organization.
- Responsible for the store inventory
- Reporting any mishaps and accidents to the Store Manager.
Requirement: (Experience, Knowledge & Skills)
- At least 1 years’ experience in Beauty Retail, Fresh graduate are welcome
- Experience within retail of service sectors or cosmetics industry preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools and other retail software.
- Good ability to explain the product to the customers.
- A presentable and attractive individual.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to solve customers' problems promptly.
- Ability to offer outstanding customer service.
- Quick decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
