We are seeking a talented Bartender/Bartendress to join our dynamic team at AYANA Komodo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
- Create signature cocktails and innovative drink recipes that showcase local ingredients and flavors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
- Indonesian citizen
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a hospitality setting
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage pairings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Relevant training or certification in bartending or hospitality management is a plus
