Bartender/Bartendress | AYANA Komodo

We are seeking a talented Bartender/Bartendress to join our dynamic team at AYANA Komodo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
• Create signature cocktails and innovative drink recipes that showcase local ingredients and flavors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
• Collaborate with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience

• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a hospitality setting
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage pairings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Relevant training or certification in bartending or hospitality management is a plus
