Bar Manager - Rock Bar/AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Bar Manager to work with our Food & Beverages Rock Bar team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager of Rock Bar in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Rock Bar AYANA.
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
• Ensure the inventory levels and calculate future needs in dining ware, equipment, and place orders, as needed.
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements

• Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Experience in All Day Dining or Rooftop Restaurant is preferable
• Eloquent in English communication.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has strong leadership skills, trains and develops team, and is a role model.
• Diploma in F&B division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
