Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement creative, high-quality cocktail menus that showcase unique flavors and presentation.
- Train and mentor bartenders, ensuring they possess strong knowledge of mixology and excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create food and beverage pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
- Monitor and control costs, including ordering and stock control to maximize profitability.
- Stay current with industry trends, continually exploring new ingredients, techniques, and concepts to enhance the bar offerings.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry or in a Beach Club that is reputable.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology and a proven track record of creating unique, high-quality signatures. Valid Certification in mixology is desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and act decisively.
- Diploma in Food & Beverages Services or a relevant field. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
