Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement creative, high-quality cocktail menus that showcase unique flavors and presentation.
• Train and mentor bartenders, ensuring they possess strong knowledge of mixology and excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create food and beverage pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
• Monitor and control costs, including ordering and stock control to maximize profitability.
• Stay current with industry trends, continually exploring new ingredients, techniques, and concepts to enhance the bar offerings.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry or in a Beach Club that is reputable.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology and a proven track record of creating unique, high-quality signatures. Valid Certification in mixology is desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and act decisively.
• Diploma in Food & Beverages Services or a relevant field. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
