Bank Partnership Associate

About the Job
Xendit is looking for a partnership associate who will advance Xendit’s strategy and agenda with our bank and network partners in Indonesia.
In this role, you will manage Xendit’s strategic payment partnership and use your influence and tenacity to build strong inroads across the financial institutions. You will work closely with a number of cross-functional teams (product, account management, compliance, finance, etc.) to accomplish the goal of building strategic, successful relationships with these partners.
This role requires a blend of skills including; knowledge of online payment products, coordinate critical operations and financial performance, stakeholder management, project management, business development and go-to-market strategy and an overall desire to be a growth driver for our business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced partnership (3+ years working experienced) with the exposure of fintech or payment or banking industry
- Can operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effortlessly
- Have a natural curiosity as to how businesses work and move money
- Can effortlessly navigate tough negotiations and formulate positive outcomes for all parties
- Are great at technical troubleshooting and are comfortable with technical terms
- Can understand payment systems architecture and APIs
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in banking or fintech industry with a solid understanding of payment systems
- Network/ existing relationships with acquiring divisions in banks / e-money companies.

- Be a trusted partner and advocate for Xendit's valuable bank or network partners
- Work as part of the team to develop strategies for scale and growth
- Support the day-to-day ad hoc requests from internal (sales/operations/compliance etc.) team
- Manage both internal and external projects to drive the growth of the company.
- Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
