What You'll Do?
- Design and develop services that deliver impact every day by providing access to the learning experience and motivating students to fulfill their dreams.
- Operate and maintain highly scalable services for students in Indonesia from Aceh to Papua.
- Develop tools to improve existing processes, including infrastructure reliability, service performance, and developer productivity.
- Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and learning experience.
- Coordinate across teams (Backend, Mobile, Frontend, DevOps, Data, UI/UX, QA, etc.) on planning and execution.
- Solve challenging educational problems in Indonesia by using cutting-edge technology,
What are we looking for?
- Fast learner & good analytical thinking
- Advanced knowledge in Go-lang, Python, or any other programming language, as long as capable of learning quickly (like, really fast)
- Having exposure to architectural patterns of high-scale web application
- Having experience with distributed storage and database systems, including SQL or NoSQL
- You have a systematic problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
- Good communication skills, team player, and comfortable working with cross-functional team
- You have a passion for learning, improving, and contributing to projects with a strong sense of ownership.
