BackEnd Engineer (Java)

In terms of our tech stack, we're hosted on AWS (mostly ECS, some EKS) containerized in Docker. In the containers, we run Java / WebFlux on back end. Our databases are Aurora.
What you should know about our Engineering team:
We make room to do things the right way, rather than hacking stuff in
You own your projects: you build it, you ship it, you run it
We were born in the cloud: practices and principles like CI/CD, IaC, O11y and CyberSec are part of what we do

We have both a technical and management track for career progression and promotions

Responsibilities
- Experience implementing and using event-driven architectures
- Cloud development (particularly AWS)
- Containerization (Docker and/or Kubernetes would be great)
- Strong fundamental knowledge of OO and Functional programming paradigms
