Backend Engineer (Bali Base) | AYANA Hospitality (Corporate Office)
- Being a core developer of our backend system such as booking-engine, app and rewards backend.
- Participate in the development of our backend system, from ideation to implementation. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our products and processes.
- Work with the team to identify and troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code that meets the project requirements.
- Collaborating in Automation Project using n8n framework.
- At least 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Experiences in other backend stack such as PHP/Laravel, Go/Gin/etc.
- Familiar with git best practices.
- Familiarity with PHP/Laravel is a plus.
- Experience with test/behavior-driven development (T/BDD) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate in English with our team outside Indonesia.
- Willing to be placed in Bali.
