• Lead the Creative team on daily basis
• Give creative direction for all marketing campaign activities
• Lead strategy and creative ideas and ensuring that brand messages and visual themes appear consistent across all marketing channels
• Following the latest trends and expected to bring fresh ideas into creative strategies
• Manage production schedules, relationship with vendors, and control the quality of work and costs that may arise in the production process
• Communicate with cross-function team to understand Creative team involvement.
• Represent the Creative team for meetings related to campaigns and creative works
Requirements
- Proven experience as a creative lead in the industry, preferably in advertising agency. Minimum of 5 years experience will be preferred
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
- Having passion in sharia industry
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Team Player and eager to learn
