Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and prioritize roadmap
• Understand the needs of our customers. Determine customer insights using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRD) with clarity on objectives and execution details
• Understand how to set up acceptance criteria and monitor any development initiatives per sprint.
• Define and execute A/B experiments with cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify, measure, and monitor product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand customer needs
• Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on priority and effort needed

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Product Management
• Experienced with managing projects using established frameworks such as Kanban, SCRUM, Waterfalls, etc.
• Previous experience working with data and artificial intelligence products and have worked with machine learning and data scientist teams is preferred
• Problem solver with a clear structure and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and influencing and negotiation skills
• Proactive to making things happen and critical in ensuring progress
• Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances
• Have the experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or design is preferred
• Experience or familiarity in analytics tool is a plus
