  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Live content preferably, short video, or creative space such as influencer content management or studio productions.
  • Responsible for local campaign setup, execution, reporting and optimization to drive performance indicators in alignment with Content Vertical team objectives
  • Build rapport, communicate, monitor, and acknowledge community efforts & build trust through transparency with our Sports partners
  • Building strategic partnerships and manage key accounts also working collaboratively with them.
  • Facilitate creating, planning, and executing sports partners facing initiatives, programs, and events, including identifying new localized opportunities to increase engagement for all related activities and partnerships
  • In-depth knowledge and exposure to variety of content, industry insights and an aptitude for networking; Eye for upcoming trends and events in the industry.
  • Should be comfortable working over the weekends at times (Not every time). 
  • Prior experience in entertainment and short-format content space would be a bonus. 
  • Highly collaborative, flexible, responsible, accountable & detail oriented.
  • Strong Communication Skills – English & Bahasa Indonesian both.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and network.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.

Key Deliverables: 

  • Create partnership strategy with event organizers such as universities, MCN agencies, sporting events & festivals, sporting publishers, and production houses to ensure team objectives.
  • Drive partnership proactively from ideation to final execution with external stakeholders.
  • Develop Live content formats and IPs basis data insights and external trends.
  • Scout the best talent across social platforms, via MCN agencies or via partnerships
  • Lead live shows operations end to end and streamline the daily ops by closing by working with creators, creator agency as well as the creative agency. 
  • Educate the sports creator community regarding the App features via one-on-one sessions.
  • Create and maintain live sport event / shows calendar to streamline efforts. 
  • Monitor, track & report content and creators, and creative agency feedback and collate the information for the larger teams.
  • Flexible in working on the ground for various internal as well as external events with influencers.
  • Preparing weekly reports on influencers performance and suggesting recommendations of influencers for the live shows based on the reports.
