Your main duties in flying with us
- Onboard new properties to the Tiket’s connectivity platform
- Providing assistance to properties and connectivity partners in completing the registration process through connectivity
- Being the point of contact and Tiket representative for partners onboarding via connectivity
- Work on ticketing system to help troubleshoot partner/properties issues
- Implement procedures for ongoing operation of hotel chains, switchers, and channel manager connections
- Work with internal team (product, tech, commercial) related to onboarding requirements
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
- Bachelor degree
- Min. 2 years of experience working with OTA, channel manager, or hospitality systems
- Knowledge of XML/JSON required
- Proven track record in project delivery
- Good communication skill and team player
